Book Cover Design for my novel Blood Street open

I am re-releasing my novel Blood Street in paperback format. I have cover art from the original release that I want to use. What I would like to find is someone to incorporate the cover art with a spine and back cover in the appropriate format for release for CreateSpace.

Once the payment has been "Released(Settled)" it means the author or publisher has released the funds from escrow. It can take up to 5 days for the amount to show up in the freelancer's bank account.
