When you sign up for our VIP Service we will guide you through the entire process on how to publish a book (self-publish, indie or traditional). You can call us or email us anytime and you are guaranteed to get a response from us from 9am-5pm EST, Monday to Friday.

- Premium Support – As a VIP Member you get access to our VIP Support for authors and publishers. We will answer any publishing-related questions through our VIP email and phone services. SUBMIT YOUR QUESTION HERE.
- Rapid Response – Receive a response within 24 hours during the business hours of 9am-5pm EST, Monday – Friday.
- The VIP Service is available for any members who sign up for a paid plan.
- Meetups – Our NY Self Publishing meetups cost anywhere from $5-$20 per person. As a VIP Member you get free access to all our meetups for the duration of your membership.
