Earlier in the week we covered the sites to help you promote your book when it’s free. Here’s a list of other (simple) steps to take to promote your books.
1. Post an update on your personal blog. You do have one, right?
2. Make a post about it on Goodreads.
3. Create an event for the giveaway on Facebook
4. Add the following tags to your free book once it’s actually listed as free on Amazon
**Add them individually to all Amazon stores you want (US, UK, DE, IT, ES, FR)
5. Twitter Strategy
Here’s some folks to tweet at and hopefully get a retweet. You should probably spread these tweets out over the entire promo you do.
